We’re looking for a strategic Social Media Manager to lead ShiftCare’s social presence and storytelling. You’ll own content planning, publishing, and engagement across channels, turning our brand story into posts, campaigns, and experiences that connect with care providers and carers. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and creative teams to build a consistent, high-impact social identity that drives awareness, engagement, and leads. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who knows social media inside-out, has built their own following, and can translate that expertise into measurable results for a fast-growing brand. You’ll also align global themes, industries, and content pillars across our core markets: Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. In addition, this role manages EDM audiences and all email communications to both prospects and customers, supporting internal campaigns (like newsletters and product updates) as well as partner-led campaigns (such as post-event follow-ups and webinar communications). Whether it’s running LinkedIn thought leadership campaigns, creating short-form video for TikTok, managing Meta channels, or optimising EDM sends, you’ll be central to how ShiftCare speaks to the market. Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimise social media strategies across LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and emerging platforms Create, schedule, and publish content including posts, stories, reels, and video content Align global content pillars and campaigns across AU, US, UK, and Canada while tailoring execution to local market needs Collaborate with creative and content teams to translate marketing campaigns into social-first assets Build a content calendar aligned to campaigns, events, newsletters, and lead generation initiatives Manage EDM audience segmentation, campaign setup, and reporting across customer and prospect databases Coordinate and send internal email campaigns including monthly newsletters and product updates Support partner-led EDM campaigns such as third-party post-event communications Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and foster community conversations Analyse performance metrics, produce reports, and use insights to improve engagement and ROI across social and email Experiment with new formats, trends, and AI tools to expand reach and creativity Maintain and evolve the ShiftCare social brand voice and visual identity Support campaigns with paid social strategy and creative asset input Stay up to date with social and email marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Requirements 3+ years of social media management experience, ideally in B2B marketing or SaaS Proven experience growing social channels and executing campaigns with measurable impact Strong copywriting and content creation skills, including video and graphics Demonstrated experience managing your own social channels and building an engaged following Experience with social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or native platform tools) Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or similar design tools for quick asset creation Hands-on experience with EDM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) including segmentation, automation, and reporting Understanding of paid social advertising and optimisation across LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms Experience aligning global themes and adapting content for regional audiences across multiple markets Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and optimise campaigns across both social and email Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean marketing team\ Bonus: basic video editing skills, experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads, AI content creation tools Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or similar
