We are looking for an energetic Senior Field Marketing Manager, who will own and manage our pipeline-generating programs for Branch’s Business across US & Canadian markets, reporting into the Senior International Marketing Director. The Senior Field Marketing Manager should have a passion for creating experiences that connect customers and industry experts with our brand. This is an IC position and will not have direct reports. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is a hands-on problem solver looking for an opportunity to grow and have a direct impact within a small, focused marketing team.

    As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you’ll get to:

    • Craft and execute targeted marketing programs (ABM programs) to meet the regional goals, including but not limited to events, digital marketing, and email programs etc.
    • Manage all elements of the marketing plan, including planning, execution and reporting.
    • Design, run, and manage event-based marketing programs that drive a qualified sales pipeline independently.
    • Partner with our teams to source participants, presenters, and speakers for all our programs.
    • Innovate and experiment with novel ways to engage our audience.
    • Support activities in close collaboration with the broader GTM teams ( Sales, SDRs, BD, Customer success) and report on program feedback, ROI as well as iterations on future activities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure positioning, messaging, goals, deliverables, and tactics are achieved before, during, and after each respective event.
    • Manage all event and direct mail logistics as necessary and be looking at developing vendors within the region.
    • Grow the prospect database of addressable leads within the region.
    • Rally cross-functional resources/teams (such as Sales & Customer Success teams) to drive interest and registrations.

    Travel to and from events for on-site management/coordination (15%-20% of the time).

    You’ll be a good fit if you have:

    6-8 years of marketing programs experience with at least 3-4 years experience building and launching ABM Marketing campaigns including events and webinars.

    • Hustle and ownership - we are looking for someone who is adaptable and can live in chaos and truly own a program and take it to the next level.
    • Experience running multiple marketing programs at once and is able to juggle competing priorities all while being detail oriented.
    • Has experience in handling events ranging from highly curated ABM events to large conferences
    • Flawless task management skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
    • Experience engaging senior business buyers at every funnel stage over long sales cycles.
    • A track record of success in participating in field marketing campaigns and working with partners.
    • A data-driven mindset and a rigorous process for testing, measuring and optimizing programs.
    • Excellent communication and writing skills.
    • Experience with an email / marketing automation platform preferred.

    Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in ABM tools like Demandbase, 6sense. Experience working in the SaaS/ Martech industry is preferred. We are looking to hire 100% remote for this role in select locations including CA, CO, NY, TX or WA. We are also open to hybrid in Mountain View, CA, NY, NY or Austin, TX. In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in California is $128,500 - $167,000. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in California only. Compensation for candidates outside of California will be based on the candidate’s specific work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above. This role additionally includes a 10% annual bonus tied to company goals. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship or relocation. The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
