We’re hunting for a passionate Senior Mobile Developer with a solid technical background with Flutter. Your mission? You will be responsible for:

• Design and lead end-to-end mobile solutions.
• Develop projects from scratch with minimal supervision and strong team collaboration.
• Guide teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure best practices in software quality, security, and scalability.
• Mentor other engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Participate, review, help and take care of the projects where your teammates are involved.
• Build scalable pipelines using a variety of technologies.
• Be up to date with the latest tools and technologies in the market.
• More than 6 years of experience in mobile development (Android or iOS), of which at least 2 years with Flutter.
• Experience in designing architectures following the MVVM pattern (experience with VIPER, MVC, etc. is also valued).

Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and design technical proposals tailored to business goals. Capable of leading projects independently and mentoring other engineers. Experience in testing as essential part of development. Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines. Passion for technology and software development. Constant drive to learn and ability to learn quickly. Strong team player mindset.
