Provide timely reminders and follow-ups on critical tasks and emails Manage the director’s calendar and schedule follow-up calls and meetings Export staff hours from internal systems and format them in Excel Share timesheets with the company accountant on a regular basis Distribute client documentation (e.g., training records) from cloud storage systems Support light social media activity by posting pre-supplied content Offer occasional assistance with LinkedIn content or engagement Maintain an organised workflow and communicate clearly on outstanding actions
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or executive support role Proficient with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and Microsoft Excel Strong communication and time management skills Demonstrated ability to manage reminders, follow-ups, and multiple deadlines Basic knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Requirements: Reliable internet connection and your own laptop
