Level Agency is seeking a sharp, creative, and performance-minded UGC Strategist to own our user-generated content production process for paid media. You’ll source creators, lead production, optimize performance, and roll up your sleeves to film and edit when needed. Source, recruit, and manage top-tier creators for ad campaigns Develop clear, concise talent briefs including deliverables, guidelines, and scripts Manage creator relationships from first contact to final edit Create content yourself: filming, editing, and experimenting with short-form concepts Write performance-driven scripts, hooks, and messaging for direct-response ads Analyze performance data in collaboration with Media Managers to guide creative iterations Lead the UGC production process end-to-end, continuously improving speed, quality, and output Support accounting and billing processes related to creator partnerships
A strong portfolio of UGC work (applications without a portfolio will not be considered) Confident on-camera presence with the ability to self-film and edit Proven experience sourcing and managing content creators Knowledge of paid social platforms and direct-response creative Ability to connect performance insights to creative direction Excellent organizational and communication skills
Background in influencer marketing or talent management Familiarity with AI-powered video editing or scripting tools Experience creating content for ecommerce, education, or lifestyle brands AI Expectations At Level, proficiency with AI tools is a core part of your role—not a nice-to-have. Your success in this position depends not only on your creative chops, but also on your ability to integrate AI into how you work.
