Talent Acquisition Support - Short Contract

We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Contractor to support hiring for our fast-growing e-commerce team while our Talent Lead is away. This is a short-term contract for 1–2 months day-shift role, offering hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen candidates for e-commerce roles including Account Specialist, PPC Specialist, Graphic Designer, and other urgent positions.
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess fit for e-commerce functions.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
• Coordinate technical and final interviews with team leads and brand managers.
• Extend job offers and manage pre-onboarding tasks.
• Reporting: Reports directly to the founder and works closely with team leads and brand managers.

Requirements:

• Prior experience recruiting for e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Experience using Workable (or similar ATS) for recruitment management.
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Contract Duration: Immediate start, covering until the last week of January 2025.
