Job Description The Employee Relations Leader is responsible for partnering with our Restaurants and Leaders to provide support regarding Crew concerns (e.g., allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage & hour violations). This role focuses on conducting fair, unbiased, and consistent end-to-end investigations and providing support for performance management.
Manage the end-to-end investigation process and assigned casework, following all documentation, reporting, and confidentiality standards Analyze and synthesize data to bring investigations to resolution, escalating as necessary Support crisis situations in partnership with appropriate internal teams Analyze aggregate data to identify systemic issue trends and propose recommendations for review Ensure legal compliance and mediate claims from regulatory and/or administrative agencies Facilitate performance management of Crew (e.g., coaching, feedback, and redirectives) Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in human resources or employment compliance Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience High sense of discretion with confidential, sensitive information Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible for timely multi-project management Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Word
Experience in a growth restaurant, customer, or retail Company SHRM, PHR, or SPHR certification Additional Information
