We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can own day-to-day content execution across video editing, graphics, and copywriting. This role is built for someone who loves creating, iterating, and producing high-quality social content quickly and consistently. You will support brand visibility, streamline content workflows, and help turn ideas into publish-ready assets. If you have strong creative instincts, can switch between editing and writing seamlessly, and enjoy helping a brand stay active across platforms, you’ll fit this role well. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays based on your location 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel productive Work closely with leadership on brand, content, and campaign workflows Room to grow into creative direction, social strategy, or production management What You’ll Work On Video Editing and Content Production Edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or YouTube Shorts Cut clips, clean audio, add captions, incorporate transitions, and apply brand consistency Repurpose longer videos into multiple micro-content assets Graphic Design and Visual Content Create simple but polished graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and social templates Maintain visual consistency across all social assets Support the creation of decks, social banners, and marketing visuals when needed Copywriting and Social Publishing Write captions, hooks, headlines, and supporting copy for social posts Format content for different platforms while maintaining brand voice Schedule posts and assist with basic community engagement Content Operations and Workflow Support Maintain content calendars and track monthly publishing cadences Organize raw footage, creative assets, and templates Support brainstorming sessions and help generate new content ideas Prepare weekly summaries of performance or content output when needed What You Bring 2 to 4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a creative assistant role Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar) Graphic design ability using tools like Canva or Figma Solid copywriting skills with an eye for clean, engaging messaging Highly organized with reliable follow-through on deadlines Comfortable creating multiple posts per week across different formats Tech-savvy and able to learn new creative or scheduling tools quickly Nice to Have Experience managing brand social channels Familiarity with content metrics or basic analytics Ability to assist with light motion graphics Interest in brand storytelling or social strategy How to Apply
