Social Media Manager (Facebook, X, and TikTok)

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager specializing in Facebook, X, and TikTok to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Publish pre-created short-form and long-form videos across TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter) according to the monthly media plan (Content for all platforms will be pre-created in advance).
• Optimize every publication according to platform-specific best practices: selecting the right posting time, hashtags, keywords, and titles to maximize reach and visibility.
• Ensure that posting is strategic, not mechanical - every action must be taken with the goal of triggering platform algorithms, increasing impressions, and boosting organic reach.
• Adjust publication strategies based on trends, platform updates, and performance analytics.
• Maintain consistency across all platforms while adapting content presentation to each platform’s unique audience and algorithm specifics.
• Proven experience managing and growing Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok accounts.
• Strong writing skills and creative storytelling abilities.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, hashtags, posting times, and content optimization.
• Ability to generate effective content ideas and adapt them to each platform.
• Experience with analytics tools and making data-driven performance improvements.
