If you’re the person who spots trends early, keeps a running list of content ideas in your Notes app, and knows exactly what works on LinkedIn vs. TikTok, you’ll fit right in. What you’ll do Develop and publish platform-native content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and more. Bring big, imaginative ideas to the table and help turn them into scroll-stopping social moments. Jump into trends and cultural moments when they make sense for the brand — with great timing and no try-hard energy. Manage day-to-day social operations including posting, scheduling, and community engagement. Collaborate with designers, writers, and video editors to bring ideas and campaigns to life. Track performance across channels and share insights to help us learn and iterate. Stay plugged into platform shifts, emerging formats, and cultural signals we should pay attention to. What you bring You’re social native to your core and instinctively understand platform culture. You’re meme fluent — timing, tone, and references come naturally, and you know how to use them smartly and on-brand. You bring big creative energy — you love dreaming up concepts, formats, and social ideas that feel bold, fresh, and unexpected. You know how to see things through — from spark, to script, to shot list, to final post — and take ideas across the finish line. A strong sense of taste — you know what feels current, what feels dated, and what makes content feel effortless. You’re comfortable with data — you can read insights, spot patterns, and use performance to shape smarter content without losing the creative spark. You’re comfortable being on camera for TikToks, Reels, behind-the-scenes clips, and quick social moments. You can use CapCut, TikTok/Reels native editing tools, or similar lightweight editing apps to create and refine short-form content. Around 1–3 years of experience creating or managing content across social platforms (professional roles, internships, or personal projects all count). An understanding of what works where — how to adapt ideas across platforms without copy-pasting. Clear, modern writing skills and the ability to collaborate well across creative teams.
