SEO Manager BRA/LATAM (m/f/d)

bwise Media is a global digital media agency focused on monetizing sports websites and apps. We pride ourselves on managing advertising sales for sports betting operators and collaborate with some of the world’s most popular sports portals. We are expanding our organic growth efforts across Brazil and the LATAM region and are looking for a highly skilled and strategic SEO Manager to join us starting in January 2026 at the earliest. You will play a key role in boosting our visibility across search engines, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring strong organic performance through technical excellence, content optimization, and continuous data-driven improvements. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute successful SEO strategies Conduct keyword research to guide content teams Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building) Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends 3+ years of experience in SEO Proven track record of successfully managing SEO campaigns and driving organic growth Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Experience with keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, SEO Stack, Screaming Frog,...) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Background in iGaming/sports betting and/or crypto is essential Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish and good command of English Preferably LATAM or Brazil based Become a part of our lively and energetic global team, where teamwork sparks innovation and creativity!
