We operate 60 stores, 3 eShops and an ecosystem of digital properties such as: public ticketing, public business and bookfriends.gr. We are looking for a Senior Branding Specialist who will work closely with the Brand & Category Marketing, Commercial, Sales Operations, Retail Excellence & Development, and HR teams to ensure a unified and clear brand image both in-store and across all other brand touchpoints. The goal is to ensure that the company’s branding is consistently reflected in alignment with corporate guidelines and values. The ideal candidate will generate and support new ideas and campaigns that boost brand awareness and enhance the customer experience. They will ensure that the company’s identity and values are communicated clearly, consistently, and professionally. Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in the execution of in-store marketing plans based on commercial and seasonal needs.
    • Implement brand campaigns and strategies both in-store and across all customer touchpoints (e.g. exhibitions, partner locations, events, etc.).
    • Ensure all activities and projects are designed and executed with a customer-centric mindset, collaborating with internal teams to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Build communication networks with suppliers, partners, and advertising agencies to maximize effectiveness.
    • Monitor market research, competition, and trends to inform strategy.
    • Prepare creative briefs for campaigns, branding projects, POP materials, and in-store assets, evaluating and providing feedback on proposals.
    • Support commercial initiatives that enhance brand awareness, commerciality, and customer experience.
    • Ensure timely and high-quality execution of branding projects.
    • Monitor invoices in alignment with the annual budget.
    • The position holder may be assigned additional responsibilities or special projects as required by company needs.
    • Required Qualifications
    • University degree from a recognized institution, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a specialization in Marketing.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Brand, Retail, Commercial, HR, Visual Merchandising, Agencies).
    • 4-5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the retail sector.
