    Job Description

    Utiliser son expertise en collaboration pour piloter des initiatives proactives sur les solutions Vidéo/Voix. Fournir un soutien expert et diriger les prospects techniques. Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des propositions de valeur des concurrents et naviguer dans des structures organisationnelles complexes. Atteindre les quotas de vente et mener à bien les initiatives commerciales. Collaborer avec le chargé de compte pour identifier, acquérir, adopter, développer, renouveler et conclure des opportunités. Assurer une gestion de pipeline de haute qualité et favoriser la collaboration stratégique. Établir et maintenir des relations consultatives avec les clients à tous les niveaux, y compris la direction exécutive. Développer et présenter des solutions basées sur les résultats, adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des clients. Use collaboration expertise to drive proactive initiatives for Video/Voice solutions. Provide expert support and lead technical sales leads. Maintain knowledge of competitors' value propositions and navigate complex organizational structures. Achieve sales quotas and drive successful sales initiatives. Collaborate with the AE to identify, land, adopt, expand, renew, and close opportunities. Ensure high-quality pipeline management and strategic collaboration. Establish and maintain consultative relationships with clients at all levels, including executive leadership Develop and present outcome-based solutions tailored to customer business needs Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe. Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en vente ou dans un rôle similaire. Historique démontré d'atteinte des quotas de vente et de croissance des activités. Expérience en gestion de processus de vente et en développement de relations clients. Solide compréhension des tendances du marché et capacité à transformer les analyses en opportunités commerciales. Pour les postes qui soutiennent des clients ou des partenaires situés dans la province de Québec, les employés doivent posséder des connaissances de base en anglais, avec la capacité de lire, écrire et parler. Ils devront s'attendre à utiliser ces compétences quotidiennement pour la communication interne de gestion. Expertise dans les solutions de collaboration et la vente technique. Solide sens des affaires et capacité à instaurer la confiance avec les clients. Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en planification stratégique. Communication et leadership, capacité à naviguer dans des structures organisationnelles complexes. Adaptabilité aux nouvelles capacités commerciales et aux tendances émergentes (plateformes, marketplaces ). Aisance avec les nouvelles technologies et l'intelligence artificielle. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role. Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving business growth. Experience in managing sales processes and building customer relationships. Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities. For roles that support customers or partners located within the Province of Quebec, employees must have a basic knowledge of English with the ability to read, write, and speak. Employees should expect to use this knowledge on a daily basis for internal management communication. Expertise in collaboration solutions and technical sales. Strong business acumen and customer trust. Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic planning abilities. Leadership communication and ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Adaptability to new business capabilities and emerging trends. (i.e. “platform” / marketplace ). Comfort with new technology and AI New Technology and AI: demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies—especially AI—to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and productivity. The ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows, and to use AI insights to drive smarter decisions and more personalized customer interactions.
