Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or related roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Proficient with computers and common software applications (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office). Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work. Preferred Qualifications Experience using customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar. Multilingual skills are a plus. Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices.
