We're looking for an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our hiring process, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams globally. Your precision in scheduling and process management will directly impact our speed and quality of hire.

    What You'll Do:

    As a Recruiting Coordinator, your focus will be on operational excellence and supporting a high-volume, global recruitment pipeline:

    • Expertly manage and coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple global time zones, ensuring efficient use of candidate and interviewer time.
    • Conduct daily audits of our Applicant Tracking System to ensure every candidate is in the correct stage, data is accurate, and interview feedback is properly logged, driving system hygiene.
    • Proactively collect and follow up with interviewers to ensure critical interview feedback is submitted within the same day, keeping the hiring process moving quickly.
    • Draft and finalize offer letters and coordinate the collection of required offer and pre-hire documentation from successful candidates.
    • Manage and maintain our digital recruiting presence by executing weekly posting and reposting strategies across various job boards and career channels.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional service and timely communication throughout the interview lifecycle.
    • Required Qualifications
    • We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and manage complexity with a calm, organized approach.

    1+ years of experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition or HR department.

    • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple complex calendars simultaneously.

    Proven experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); familiarity with Ashby is a significant plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for communicating with senior stakeholders and candidates globally. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across different time zones and juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
