The role could fit someone who’s lived the real pains of scaling, led complex transformations, and knows how to translate strategy into traction. This will be a hybrid role between Strategy, Operations, and PMO. You’d be driving execution across key initiatives (AI, expansion, retail).
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A strategic brain with founder pragmatism
- Experience in tech-enabled, fast-paced environments (e.g., e-commerce, scale-ups).
- The ability to simplify complexity, align stakeholders, and drive accountability.
- Emotional intelligence and influence to create flow.
