This position is ideal for individuals who possess a strong customer service orientation and are interested in supporting clients in a dynamic and growing sector.

Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to construction products, services, and project support. Handle order processing, product availability checks, and shipping inquiries. Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry and the company’s product offerings. Document all customer interactions meticulously to facilitate further communication and service improvements. Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to address customer needs effectively. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or industrial sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle tough situations with professionalism and provide effective solutions. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
