This role is designed for individuals who have a passion for customer service and want to support our Dutch-speaking clients. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities Manage incoming customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing effective solutions or escalating as necessary. Communicate clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support management system. Assist customers in understanding product features and provide helpful tips to improve their overall experience. Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of service excellence and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on company offerings, industry changes, and service updates to provide informed support. Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first perspective. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is a bonus. Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to customer service, demonstrating a genuine desire to assist clients.
