Dutch Speaking Multilingual Support Representative -Remote in Greece

This role is well-suited for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and possess strong language skills in Dutch and additional languages.

Responsibilities Deliver outstanding support to clients in Dutch and other languages through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolve issues efficiently. Manage customer complaints with a focus on finding effective solutions and ensuring satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a streamlined and positive customer experience. Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and enhance service delivery skills. Proactively suggest improvements to processes to bolster customer satisfaction and service quality. Fluency in Dutch and at least one additional language (English, German, French, etc.), both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to providing outstanding customer care.
