A bit about the role The Performance Creative Lead, AU role exists to ignite customer growth in Australia. You will build and lead a high-impact, AU-based performance creative team focused on translating sharp business objectives into compelling, localised paid social assets that drive new customer acquisition.
Creative Execution: Translating complex business and marketing objectives into executable creative strategies , and leading the development of compelling, localised short-form video and static assets for Meta (and other channels over time). Testing & Data: Establishing and maintaining a rapid testing cadence , applying deep expertise in paid social creative trends and performance marketing to inform the team’s strategic direction. You will be the team expert in using performance marketing metrics (like CTR, LTV, CAC, ROAS) to directly guide creative decisions.
