We are seeking a Marketing & Content Specialist who is creative, detail-oriented, and highly proactive. In this role, you will work directly under the Marketing Director and contribute to a wide range of initiatives across social media, video production, paid media support, SEO, web publishing, CRM flows, and offline marketing. This position is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer with strong content creation skills who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will play a key role in scaling the firm’s digital presence, enhancing brand positioning, and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Content & Social Media
Paid Media Support
Produce and refine creative variations for Meta Ads campaigns. Support headline, messaging, and visual testing. Assist with implementing tracking pixels and UTM parameters.
Web & SEO Execution Perform keyword research and assist with blog publishing. Conduct outreach for backlinks and external mentions. Coordinate development of service landing pages with external partners.
Funnel & CRM Support
Create visuals and content for WhatsApp and email nurturing flows. Work with the Intake Team to align messaging and materials. Assist with marketing automation and follow-up workflows.
Brand & PR Expansion Research collaboration opportunities (media, podcasts, creators). Draft outreach messaging for PR and link-building. Support reputation-building initiatives for the firm.
Events & Offline Design Design print-ready materials such as flyers, banners, and event signage. Who are we looking for? 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or content creation roles. Strong design acumen and storytelling capability. Intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.). Advanced Canva skills; intermediate Photoshop/Illustrator skills. Basic SEO knowledge and web copywriting experience. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Google Business Profile. Comfort using AI-powered content tools (OpusClip, D-ID, etc.). Highly organized, proactive, and accountable. English proficiency required; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
