Market Research Associate (Luxury Retail)

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Executive Vice Principal Customer Insights, you are responsible but not limited to the following missions:

1- Project Management:

Proactively manage price benchmarking projects involving multiple markets/countries, including setting up of the project, coordination of the project with local Operations and Data Scientist Teams, supervision of the data collection, quality control of the data as well as report/analysis. Setting and sticking to timelines. Collaboration on Ad hoc projects under the supervision of Senior CSM. 2- Data analysis and insights delivery Run data processing, analyze and interpret data using statistical techniques and provide insightful report in a visual way. 3- Client Management Interacting with clients, addressing questions and requests, managing expectations and deadlines while providing status updates.

What you will bring along:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Information Systems or related field 2 years of work experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Excel, SPSS and PowerPoint.
• Experience using PowerBI will be considered a strong advantage.
• Experience with webscrapping methods.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational skills with strong abilities to plan work and meet deadlines.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a drive for accuracy and timeliness.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Engaging and effective written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin. Team player mentality—willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Strong interpersonal skills—able to build and maintain strong positive internal and external relationships.
