We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who can move fast, think strategically, and bring in top talent across borders, with a strong emphasis on LATAM recruiting. You will own full-cycle hiring for both internal roles and client roles, driving everything from sourcing and outreach to interviews and offers. This is not a coordinator role. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays based on your location 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel productive Work directly with founders and leadership on critical hiring initiatives Access to premium sourcing tools, recruiting platforms, and AI systems High ownership, autonomy, and visibility in a fast-scaling team What You’ll Work On Full-Cycle Recruiting Own end-to-end hiring across design, marketing, operations, and technical roles Lead intake calls, define role criteria, and set clear search strategies Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process Manage offers and ensure smooth handoffs into onboarding Global and LATAM Talent Acquisition Build sourcing strategies specific to LATAM and global markets Maintain strong understanding of compensation, talent pools, and cultural nuances Build relationships with candidates and nurture long-term pipelines Pipeline Management and Process Optimization Keep ATS pipelines clean, updated, and well-documented Improve hiring workflows to reduce time-to-fill and maintain excellent candidate experience Drive clarity and consistency across all recruiting stages Collaboration and Reporting Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines Build role briefs and interview plans that set searches up for success Report on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and search performance Tech-Enabled Recruitment Use AI sourcing tools and automation to scale outreach and shortlist quality Experiment with new tools and tactics to increase recruiter efficiency Bring a systems mindset to repetitive tasks and workflow improvement What You Bring 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house environments Strong track record sourcing and hiring talent across LATAM and global regions Confident relationship builder with strong closing and offer negotiation skills Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as Workable, Lever, or similar Experience hiring for creative, marketing, or technical roles is a plus Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and ownership How to Apply
