WHAT YOU WILL DO： 负责原料，半成品及成品的测试及日常检测设备维护 根据既定的标准和程序，对原材料，中间产品和成品进行全面的质量控制测试。 准确分析测试数据，并以详细、有条理的方式记录结果。编写全面的测试报告，突出任何偏离标准值的情况，并提供初步解读。 能够将测试结果、质量问题和建议的解决方案有效地传达给跨职能团队，包括生产、研发和质量管理。 操作和维护各类实验室测试设备，通过日常检查、校准和预防性维护任务，确保设备处于良好运行状态。 排查并解决设备的小故障，及时将重大问题汇报给主管。记录设备维护和维修历史。 在当班期间监测生产过程的质量。与生产团队协作，及时识别和解决质量相关问题。就质量控制事宜为生产操作人员提供技术支持。当检测到不合格产品时，展开调查以确定根本原因。提出纠正和预防措施，并跟进以确保其有效性。 遵守实验室所有安全规定和质量管理体系要求。确保所有测试活动符合行业标准和公司规定的准则。 维护和更新质量相关文件，包括标准操作程序（SOP）、测试记录和设备校准证书。参与与质量控制相关的内部和外部审核 管理实验室消耗品库存，包括试剂、溶剂和样品容器。及时下单补货，避免因短缺而影响测试工作。配合主管定期进行库存检查，使库存水平与记录相符。确保消耗品的妥善储存和处理，以保持其质量和稳定性。任职要求 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 化学、化学工程、材料科学或密切相关领域的专科及以上学历。 能够适应轮班工作，包括夜班和周末班。 A trusted partner at nearly three million customer locations, Ecolab (NYSE:ECL) is a global sustainability leader offering water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life.
