    Job Description

    Head Of People Function(s): People Strategy, Culture, Engagement, Organisational Development. Reports to: Group Managing Director Location: London Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2/3 days a week within the office. Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

As Head of People (Performance & Culture), you’ll lead the group’s overall people strategy — combining performance, engagement, and culture under one vision. You’ll ensure our people's operations, policies, and practices deliver on business goals while creating an exceptional employee experience. You’ll play a hands-on leadership role, ensuring that values, progression, and performance frameworks are consistently applied across all agencies within the group.

    Have 4+ years experience in people development or senior HR roles (in creative/agency environments) Core Responsibilities:People Operations & Strategy Lead and oversee all aspects of people operations including workforce planning, talent management, and compliance. Develop and implement people policies that balance employee needs with business objectives. Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Provide guidance on complex HR matters including disciplianry and grievances. Performance & Development Build and manage robust performance review frameworks. Partner with department heads to align people goals with commercial objectives. Lead succession planning and leadership development programmes. Ensure consistent career development and progression processes. Culture & Engagement Lead company-wide culture initiatives and internal communications. Drive engagement through recognition, feedback loops, and inclusive events. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Maintain a values-led culture that drives motivation and excellence Leadership & Organisational Impact Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Present people insights and performance trends at leadership level. Collaborate with finance and operations on reward, benefits, and headcount planning.

    6 Months:

    • You are fully embedded as a trusted partner to leadership and the wider team.
    • Internal marketing strategy is in place and engagement initiatives made live.
    • Training schedule launched and uptake measured.

    12 Months:

    • Career progression frameworks are fully operational across departments.
    • Retention rates improved and directly linked to improved client delivery.
    • Recognised as the cultural and developmental driver within the Group.

    24 Months:

    • Recognised as a culture leader, shaping the group’s reputation as one of the best places to work in e-commerce and advertising.
    • Built a scalable people function capable of supporting rapid growth across multiple agencies.
    • Partnering on long-term workforce planning, succession, and organisational design.
