Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for our client's real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid search marketing and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through Google Ads. Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube (when needed).
• Conduct keyword research to target qualified real estate leads.
• Write compelling ad copy tailored for real estate buyers and sellers.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, cost efficiency, and lead quality.
• Set up and manage audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
• Implement conversion tracking and analyze campaign data to improve results.
• Provide weekly or monthly performance reports and recommendations.
• Stay updated on Google Ads trends and real estate market dynamics.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (real estate industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of PPC strategy, keyword research, and conversion optimization.

Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions. Experience with Google Ads tools, analytics, and tracking setup. Strong communication skills and ability to explain results clearly. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Weekly pay Work from home Negotiable rate based on the experience
