Provide support to the Financial Controller, the Finance team and across all areas of the business. Ownership of all external and statutory reporting, audit processes and technical accounting for the business. Prepare and deliver various month-end tasks and reports as part of the month-end process. Promote and champion a strong control environment including improving and maintaining robust and effective financial processes, procedures and controls in line with regulatory requirements. Ensure the business remains compliant with its tax obligations. Prepare and maintain statutory consolidation, including note support and regular external reporting for US, Ireland, and AU entities (e.g., year-end, half-year, quarterly accounts, and other statutory filings). Manage relevant audits and liaise with external auditors, advisors, and other stakeholders. Ensure financial integrity of the general ledger and promote process improvements. Implement and maintain strong financial controls and compliance frameworks. Provide technical accounting advice on complex business matters and liaise with auditors or advisors on technical issues. Handle tax accounting, income tax returns, FBT, and share-based payment accounting, in coordination with tax advisors. Manage accounting for borrowings, funding models, equity plans, and supplier finance. Contribute to monthly and forecast reporting, including cash flow, reconciliations, and management consolidation. Input into and review forecast and financial modelling information to support decision-making. Drive continuous improvement and value-creation initiatives across the Finance function. Support internal and external development of the finance team. Assist the business with ad hoc financial projects as needed. Qualifications / Education Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance Membership in a professional accounting body (CA or CPA) Knowledge 5–10 years of accounting experience International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Australian taxation laws Skills Financial reporting Strong financial modelling skills using Excel Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite and Power BI preferred) Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under time constraints and manage competing priorities Experience with multi-currency operations Why Join Twoconnect?
