This hybrid role is perfect for someone who can manage inboxes and workflows, while also driving sales productivity through follow-up execution. 🔧 Responsibilities Manage and triage the CEO’s email and Slack communications based on structured playbooks Handle pre-demo and post-demo client follow-ups using provided templates and CRM workflows Track CRM activity, update deals, and flag high-priority opportunities Support scheduling, reminders, and weekly performance reports Coordinate outbound messages and basic lead generation outreach Ensure no communication or opportunity falls through the cracks ✅ Qualifications Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Admin, or SDR/BDR Assistant Excellent written English communication and professional responsiveness Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), Slack, and Google Workspace Tech-savvy and eager to work in a fast-paced, remote startup environment Available full-time during U.S. business hours (CT/PST preferred) 💻 Tools You’ll Use Slack, Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Calendar CRM Internal sales playbooks and workflows 📌 Role Details Type: Full-Time (Remote) Schedule: U.S. Business Hours Contract Length: Long-term Compensation: Based on experience 🚀 Why Join This Role?
