Content Designer

We're looking for an Internal Designer who can support a wide mix of design needs across our internal curriculum and communication materials. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable working in Canva as their main platform and enjoys producing clean, consistent layouts. The first major project will focus on formatting and designing curriculum content workbooks and creating reusable templates. After that, the work will broaden to include internal marketing collateral, newsletters, and other design assets.

• Key Responsibilities
• Format and design curriculum materials, including student workbooks, lesson handouts, and structured content templates.
• Produce internal marketing collateral such as newsletters, internal decks, and branded communication pieces.
• Create templates and design systems that make internal content production more efficient and consistent.
• Work closely with the curriculum and operations teams to translate content into clear, user-friendly designs.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all design outputs.

Handle multiple requests and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines. Support general in-house design needs as required. Requirements Experience as a graphic designer, in-house designer, pre-press designer, or similar role. Strong proficiency with Canva (primary tool for this role). Background in designing long-form documents, educational materials, or structured layouts is an advantage. Good understanding of typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. Ability to manage revisions and respond well to feedback. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple deadlines. Manila-based and able to start immediately. Nice to Have Experience with curriculum or education-related materials. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop), though not required. Experience setting up templates or scalable design systems.
