DescriptionBelmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to join our team on a 9-month freelance contract. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts and ensuring the quality of our software products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes
- Lead and manage the testing team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and resolve defects
- Perform and oversee functional, regression, and performance testing
- Ensure testing is carried out in accordance with industry standards and best practices
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Test Manager, Senior Test Lead, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience leading a team of testers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus
