Nokia Mobile Networks Customer Documentation is responsible for delivering hardware and software descriptions to mobile operators. The team consists of Product Owners, Technical Writers, and Graphic Designers responsible for planning, creating, and maintaining end-user documentation.
We are looking for a motivated student to join our team in Wroclaw.
Responsibilities
- Assist our Technical Writers in creating technical documentation for Nokia Mobile Networks products.
- Study and clarify technical concepts with product designers and developers.
- Translate those technical concepts into modern, user-oriented formats
- Analyze and manage existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create operating instructions, installation manuals, and many other types of procedures needed for our customers
- Create high-quality designed product documentation that meets Nokia standards
QualificationsYou have:
- Active student status
- Good writing skills
- Excellent English, both spoken and written
- Interest in both technical writing and mobile telecommunications systems
- Good planning and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple words
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge about XML, DITA, JIRA
- Basic knowledge of mobile networks
