• Create and manage Google Admin Console accounts and custom email addresses for the clients.

• Set up Telegram with all relevant folders and channels for clients, then transfer ownership.

• Organize Google Drive folders and manage various administrative documents.

• Assist in hiring and training account managers and social media managers.

• Coordinate team setup on various platforms like Inflow and Telegram.

• Conduct online coaching calls with clients via Slack, guiding them through screen-sharing sessions to resolve their issues
