The TA Operations Specialist - LATAM will serve as a critical partner to the TA organization, acting as a strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition as well as external stakeholders including Employment Legal, Compliance, Compensation, and HR in the LATAM region. You’re someone who is a thought leader with the ability to help evolve, own and scale some of the most impactful tools and processes within the recruiting organization.
You’re someone who has the ability to help evolve current TA programs & processes in place today. You should be passionate about change and focused on helping those around you navigate through it. The Talent Acquisition team plays an integral role in building small, impactful teams. We serve as a critical partner to the business, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and executives on a variety of talent issues. Helping our team to scale with our growing business will be essential to this role and to the success of the broader company.
