Roles and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Β Engineering, Law or other business / technical discipline
Minimum 10 years prior commercial contract administration, contract management and/or proposal development experience, or project management experience
Minimum 10 years terms and conditions analysis experience including the ability to recognize and assess impacts on project execution
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Ability and willingness for up to 50% travel as required for consortium and customer negotiationDesired Characteristics
Minimum ten years prior commercial contract or project management experience with domestic and international customers
Previous power industry experience and knowledge, working with customers, consortium partners, prime contractors and construction subcontractors
Experience negotiating large dollar value commercial contracts, consortium agreements, construction subcontracts and claims
Turnkey contract and consortium agreement development experience
Strong negotiation and presentation skills including preparation of presentation materials
Ability to handle many complex issues concurrently
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English language)
Excellent working knowledge of customer, subcontractor, and supplier terms and conditions, and risk mitigation strategies
Language skills preferred (French, German, Spanish, or other)
Microsoft Word and Power Point proficiency
Strong people/team leadership and relationship building skills
