Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of leading and managing a team to achieve outstanding results. This role requires near-native English proficiency and the ability to present effectively in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across all platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team to ensure successful execution of campaigns and projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media initiatives.
- Deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients, showcasing campaign performance and insights.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content tailored to each social media platform.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the execution of social media campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all social media channels.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
- English Resume is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
