The team:

As part of the marketing organization, the Product Marketing team is pivotal in driving Jobber’s growth and innovation. We collaborate closely with teams across the company to bring impactful products, campaigns, and channel strategies to market. This dynamic team leads pricing and packaging, positioning, product launch strategy, market research, and more. 

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and working closely with our partnerships team, the Senior Partner Marketing Manager will contribute to Jobber’s partner strategy. You will own the development, execution, and measurement of impactful marketing campaigns and programs for both our channel and product partners. Your role is crucial in establishing the foundation for partner marketing at Jobber, accelerating growth, and boosting revenue contribution through this channel. You will engage directly with Jobber partners, activating relationships to drive pipeline growth and support go-to-market initiatives that enhance the usage of our partners’ products and services.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of diverse partner audiences, creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a strong grasp of marketing principles and tactics. You must have experience working cross-functionally to deliver programs and campaigns that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Partner Marketing Strategy: Create and implement Jobber’s partner marketing strategy and playbook, including a programmatic approach to co-marketing, marketing to partners, and marketing about partners.
  • Cultivate and Strengthen Partner Relationships: Build and enhance relationships with key partners such as Verizon, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and DocuSign to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Design and manage comprehensive marketing plans and integrated campaigns, to drive awareness and demand generation.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with partner relationship teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align partner marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and deliver go-to-market campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the partnerships and sales teams to develop and deliver comprehensive enablement materials, including presentations, collateral, and training sessions
  • Performance Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner marketing initiatives, regularly analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, and use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the partner marketing budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and driving quantifiable return on investment while delivering impactful marketing campaigns and events on time and within budget.

Must Haves:

  • 7+ years of of B2B indirect channel/partner marketing experience within the software/tech industry
  • A proven track record in creating and implementing partner marketing programs to meet company and departmental goals and pipeline targets
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills for leading multiple work streams and fostering cross-functional teamwork
  • Accountable for achieving high levels of individual and team performance, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate to get results
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with partners, customers, and all levels of management within the organization
  • Possess a high level of personal drive, passion, energy, and strong desire to solve problems and succeed in a growth-stage company
  • Willing to regularly travel to conferences and partner on-sites
