Summary:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing a world-class financial function for a high-growth, exciting, and mission-led company. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key financial models and analyses to provide insights and support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Finance team to develop financial forecasts and provide insights into financial results for the Senior Management team and Board of Directors.
  • Own key components of financial reporting and analysis for presentations to Senior Management, the Board of Directors, and other Investor Relations responsibilities.
  • Lead the creation and development of key components of the annual strategic plan and operating budget, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and operating expenses.
  • Develop ad-hoc financial analyses for departmental leads, offering insights on business performance, trends, KPIs, product margins, and operational optimization.
  • Assess new business opportunities, develop and automate robust financial models, and analyze financial outcomes to identify areas of growth.
  • Perform analysis for general corporate finance activities, including evaluating capital structure alternatives and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • English C1/C2
  • English resume is required.Β 
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking or high-impact corporate finance, including US GAAP.
  • Prior experience working for a US-based company, with an understanding of analysis and forecasting.
  • Advanced modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with accounting and FP&A systems preferred (e.g., Netsuite, Workday, Anaplan, etc.).
  • Prior experience with, or a desire to learn, SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
