The role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and intrapreneurial Senior Data Engineer with a strong backend focus to lead the development and evolution of our Data Integration Platform. The ideal candidate designs and maintains scalable data pipelines, ensuring seamless data operations with integrity. When developing automated tools and frameworks, they empower other internal teams to leverage that data effectively, enhancing workflow efficiencies and enabling data-driven decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they drive business growth by extracting actionable insights from the data and continuously innovating our data infrastructure to support the company's strategic objectives. This role is crucial in our mission and to meet our lofty, future goals.
