Role Overview: We are looking for an SEO expert to cover the four pillars of SEO: Technical SEO, Content SEO, Link Building, and Conversion. You will be responsible for optimising our websites and content to improve our search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. You will work on all forms of SEO, including technical SEO, backlink strategies, AI-driven SEO, and competitor research. You will also use our keyword research tools to create forward-thinking briefs and content strategies.

Knowledge of the dating and sex positive industry will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical SEO: Create a solid website foundation. Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance and rankings. Implement best practices for site architecture, page load speed, mobile optimisation, and structured data.
  • Content SEO: Deliver the right message for your audience. Utilise our keyword research tools to identify high-impact keywords and phrases. Develop and implement keyword strategies to improve organic search performance. Write detailed and forward-thinking briefs for content creation, ensuring alignment with SEO goals and keyword strategies. Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-optimised content.
  • Link Building: Build authority and brand presence. Develop and execute effective backlink strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings. Identify high-quality link-building opportunities and manage outreach campaigns.
  • Conversion: Turn visitors into revenue. Optimise user experience and conversion paths to improve the overall effectiveness of our website. Work closely with the marketing and tech team to ensure that SEO efforts align with conversion goals and revenue generation.
  • AI-Driven SEO: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI-driven SEO. Implement AI tools and strategies to optimise content and improve search visibility.
  • Competitor Research: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to inform SEO strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong understanding of all aspects of SEO.
  • Expertise in technical SEO, backlink strategies, and AI-driven SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
