You will be a person supporting the IPF Digital business across current and future digital markets in delivering the strategy for growth by ensuring the dev team lives Agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use.


Location: Poland, with responsibility for projects and teams across all digital operations and markets.

In our team you will be responsible for:

  • Guiding and coach our Feature Teams on Scrum and Agile practices
  • Facilitating and organize Scrum events
  • Helping Feature Teams focus on goals, self-organize to achieve objectives, and ensure they fully understand the objectives
  • Facilitating/ supporting Feature Teams with continuous improvement efforts (implementing take-aways from retrospectives)
  • Working with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure they are well engaged with the team and part of the regular feedback loop
  • Supporting Lead Scrum Master in leading and developing the centre of excellence within IPF Digital (guild)

  • Confirmed Agile development/ delivery skills within wider/matrix organizations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deal with people at different level within organisation (from IT to Business)
  • Excellent written, verbal and spoken English
  • Commercial acumen, demonstrating a strong, creative analytical approach with attention to detail and ability to articulate thoughts & solutions in a logical manner
  • Advanced training skills to support organization in Scrum understanding
  • Ability to facilitate team meetings and initiatives to effectively develop plans and achieve goals
  • You will understand Software Development lifecycle
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum with multiple international teams
