Responsibilities

  • Generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients through various prospecting techniques such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Conducting high-level conversations with decision-makers to understand their PR needs and how our client's services can help them achieve their goals.
  • Scheduling discovery calls and demos with prospective clients for the sales team.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and organized pipeline using our CRM system, tracking all communication and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Participating in ongoing sales training and development programs to continuously hone your skills and stay current with industry trends.


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment or within the PR/marketing industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter mentality and a passion for driving new business growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales enablement tools.
  • Knowledge of the PR, marketing, or advertising industry is a plus.
  • Experience with cold calling is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language


Benefits

Salary Range: $2500 - $3500 USD + commission

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor

Time off: 15 days PTO + 6 paid US holidays
