JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for providing product application solution to sales channels and customers through product training, sales visit, seminar and workshop. You are required to Implement go-to-market strategy and program to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals on assigned verticals. This includes driving of brand awareness through market creation activities and working alongside with distribution channels to build sales funnel, perform competitive analysis on Test & Measurement products. You will be responsible in achieving sales target set, fostering good relationship with existing customers while keeping a look out for sales opportunities in timely manner. This role must be operationally hands-on, organized, highly motivated and able to work with a disciplined approach towards managing people and work standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
• Establish relationships with Channels and customers including other selected major customers by making regular customer visits and calls
• Assisting and providing product application solution (One Fluke) to sales channels and customers through product training, customer product complaint, sales visit, seminar, etc
• Support Implement go-to-market strategy /tactical plans and programs together with Product Marketing Manager to achieve overall revenue targets, brand awareness and market share goals
• Build & follow up monthly basis on sales funnel with channels to meet forecasted monthly and annual target. Secure and renew orders on assigned channel/verticals.
• Provide counter proposal or seek request for support to management should there be a gap in forecasted PO.
• Know local company players in our Test and Measurement industry and evaluate them where required. Gathers information on the market and competition to proactively develop and maintain Fluke’s strategy.
• Manage, motivate and facilitate success Channel’s Rep within territory to meet performance goals
• Responsible to manage Travel and Entertainment budget allocated on monthly basis to avoid exceeding the overall planned allocation.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven sales track record and ability to successfully demonstrate and sell test & measurement equipment at a technical level.
• Channel/Sales management experience working in a similar industry field sales role.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in a technical/industrial environment.
• Analytical and data driven problem solver.
• Ability to build strong high-level executive and peer relationships.
• Good technical/engineering knowledge; experience in test and measurement industry desired.
• Influence to make an impact; convinces and persuades others; promotes plans and ideas successfully.
• Networking: builds a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives.
• Analysis & judgment to understand complex issues and problems; comes up with sound/rational judgments.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully balance the achievement of short-term objectives (quarterly orders/sales objectives, expense management, etc.) with longer-term strategic and policy deployment goals.
• Self driven in meeting deadlines • Able to support beyond working hours when situations require.
• Bandwidth to manage and meet multiple work expectations (4 Fluke BU)
