Summary:

We are seeking a Researcher to join our team initially focused on engaging with our extensive network of investors and lenders. The primary responsibility will be to communicate via email and phone to understand their investment criteria and preferences, and accurately record this information in our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement with Investors and Lenders: Conduct outbound calls and emails to our database of 2500 investors and 20,000 lenders.
  • Gather detailed information on their investment criteria, risk tolerance, and preferences.
  • Document all findings accurately and efficiently into our HubSpot (HS) system.
  • Ensure our investor and lender database remains updated and organized.
  • Regularly verify contact information and update records as necessary.
  • Assist in broader market research projects as needed.
  • Contribute insights and analysis based on gathered data.

Qualifications

  • Perfect command of spoken and written English.
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with a diverse range of investors and lenders.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or research roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information accurately.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
