We are seeking a motivated and proactive Recruiter Intern to join our team for a short-term remote (Full WFH) project for around 1 month from June 11th 2024 to July 16th 2024. As a Recruiter Intern, you will play a vital role in assisting our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and attracting potential candidates for various positions within our organization.
Job Description:
- Using internal channel to look and source for potential candidates as well as contacting candidates from job portals.
- Identifying and shortlisting qualified candidates profiles.
- Conduct initial interviews for certain positions as assigned.
- Updating candidate's profile to Applicant Tracking System, scheduling the interviews, and conducting hiring test.
- Prepare and maintain reports on candidate status, recruitment metrics, and other relevant data.
Job Requirements:
- Final year student or fresh graduates from any major.
- Preferably someone who has previous experience in Recruitment area.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Good understanding of recruitment cycle.
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Have previous experience as an intern in start-up company will be advantageous.
