Our client seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects primarily focused on developing and implementing business processes and information systems using their proprietary modules. The selected candidate will align project outcomes with identified client business needs and manage the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, standards, and objectives. The role also involves providing business expertise and guidance to team members to meet client expectations effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, lead, and motivate the project team to achieve objectives.
Plan, create, and monitor project work plans to ensure alignment with agreed timelines, deliverables, costs, and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams to understand, analyze, and address business requirements while providing regular progress updates and deliverable insights.
Engage with stakeholders through consultations to capture a clear understanding of their business needs.
Coordinate and manage on-site visits, existing system analyses, software installations, and test planning.
Identify and manage project risks, including devising and implementing contingency plans.
Conduct testing of deliverables and take corrective measures as needed.
Prepare and present progress and status reports to senior management.
Document all project work in line with established standards and maintain updated records in project management tools.
Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication with all stakeholders.
Manage multiple IT implementation projects simultaneously.
Deliver training sessions on product integration and configuration.
Oversee the overall progress and successful execution of projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
Strong customer focus and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Proficient in project management methodologies and techniques (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMI).
Certified Project Manager with extensive knowledge of software development processes.
Solid understanding of the payment processing industry (experience in this field is preferred).
Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of identifying opportunities for improvement.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
