Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Payment Analyst with expertise in MySQL and Stripe to join our finance team. As a Payment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing payment data, ensuring accuracy in payment processing, and optimizing payment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize MySQL to query and analyze payment transaction data, including reconciliation, validation, and reporting.
- Monitor payment processing systems, specifically Stripe, to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Investigate discrepancies or irregularities in payment transactions and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track payment metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of payment data to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on payment systems, processes, and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- English Proficiency B2/C1
- Proven experience working with MySQL for data analysis and querying.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns and trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing and analyzing payment transactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
