Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am-4:00pm.

Job description
Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
• Case manager- Assistant.
• Speaking with clients and making sure that they are going to their treatment.
• Between legal assistant and paralegal.
• Sending out monthly text to the client.
• Follow up with the clients to make sure they are going to be treated.
• Small block.
• Getting information into the software.
• Remind the paralegal to send emails.
• Getting medical records.
• Keeping track of medical records.
• Helping the existing employees with some administrative assistance.
Skills:
• Be able to multitask.
• Tech savvy.
• Great customer service.
• Excellent communication Skills.
• Go getter.
• Team player.
• Self-starter.
• Excellent English level, this Is a client facing position. Experience/background:
• Experience in personal injury. 6 months to 1 year.
