Climate Farmers is a mission-bound organisation working on a systemic shift for regenerative agriculture in Europe. We achieve this through the development of transition finance instruments, a thriving farmer-led community, and supply-chain transition support, as well as the coordination of diverse stakeholders for a shared vision.
Currently, we are driving a dynamic, collaborative multi stakeholder initiative aiming to move regeneration beyond conversations to tangible, transformative actions in the agri-food system in Europe.
For this, we are seeking a dedicated Project and Event Coordinator to efficiently manage logistical and coordination tasks for our events and projects, ensuring the smooth operation of our early-stage initiative. We are looking for freelance support with the capacity of 20-30 hours/week to the next date possible to enable the team to keep ambitious time lines.
Overall Administrative Support:Create and distribute agendas, manage email and communication channels, and maintain comprehensive notes.
Organise and update project documents and presentations, ensuring clear and accessible documentation of processes and outcomes.
Support to Process Manager:
Manage complex meeting arrangements and stakeholder coordination
Assist with presentations, document formatting, and conduct ad-hoc research
Crafting internal and external communications
Event Organisation and Coordination:
Organise and manage in-person events, coordinating with facilitators and the CF team, and handle all necessary logistic
Develop pre-design options, select and assess venues, and ensure all project requirements for events are met

One of your key superpowers is your flexibility to manage ad-hoc requests and dynamic project requirements
You are driven by your personal mission to drive systemic solutions within the agri-food sector
Your English skills are on a native or bilingual level, it’s a plus if you speak French, Spanish, Portuguese or German
You are skilled in using Google Workspace, Miro, Zoom, and familiar with Notion and ClickUp
