The Marketing Campaign Senior Manager leads the planning and orchestration of our multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a visionary planner who excels in developing comprehensive marketing strategies and overseeing their implementation through cross-functional teams. The Marketing Campaign Senior Manager will act as the architect of our marketing campaigns, coordinating between various stakeholders to ensure alignment with our business goals. Their focus will be on crafting the campaign strategy, defining key objectives, and ensuring the seamless integration of all marketing efforts across digital, events, ABM, and other channels.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and refine the overall marketing strategy, aligning with the company’s business objectives and market opportunities. 
  • Campaign Orchestration: Oversee the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring they are cohesive and aligned with strategic goals. 
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with different departments (sales, product, digital marketing, events) to ensure campaigns are integrated and objectives are met. 
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth and engagement. 
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget across campaigns and channels to maximize ROI. 
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators for marketing campaigns, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary marketing contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clear communication of campaign plans and objectives. 
  • Innovation and Optimization: Continually seek new marketing opportunities and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency. 


Knowledge
  • Expert knowledge of current marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Expert knowledge of the program management process, including segmentation and targeting.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce.com and Marketo.
  • Excellent knowledge of, and the ability to apply, the principles of market segmentation, brand management, marketing communications, and database marketing.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with budget management and marketing performance analysis.
  • Requires at least 7 years of experience in digital marketing strategy development and execution, including experience in PPC, display, SEO, lead generation , and online content development
  • At least 10 years of experience in a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably in the IT industry.
