ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Marketing Agency Director. As the Marketing Agency Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our brand image. You will lead a team of talented marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for ROADWAY RESCUES LLC.
• Lead the marketing team in creating and executing effective marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Identify and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously explore new marketing strategies and tactics.
• Manage and nurture relationships with external marketing partners and agencies.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing.
• Prior experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role within a marketing agency.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
